About Us
MURRAY ANDERSON: continued his love for firearms as a U.S. Marine where he was an expert with both a rifle and pistol. He attended schools to instruct rifle, shotgun, and pistol, and to troubleshoot and repair the weapons systems of an infantry company.
After leaving the Marine Corps, he became an NRA Certified Instructor. He instructed concealed weapons , advanced carry, women's self defense, firearms safety for children, and law enforcement re-qualification for 8 years in Florida. During this time, he worked at a range as a gunsmith specializing in trigger jobs, pistols and military arms.
In 2002 the Andersons moved to Missouri, and in 2003 we opened our gunsmithing shop. In 2004 Missouri's Concealed Weapons Law passed (http://www.moga.mo.gov/STATUTES/C571.HTM). Since then we have been teaching CCW here also. Currently we instruct 14 civilian courses, POST (law enforcement), and law enforcement qualifications.
Murray gives to his community and the firearms community by hosting, teaching, and volunteering for youth groups like the Liberty FFA Trap Team and the Howell County Eagles 4H Shooting Sports Program.
